Elaine qualified as a dentist in 2000 at UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina) in Florianópolis, Southern Brazil.

She went on to establish her own dental practice while also working in community dentistry, with a strong focus on prevention and restorative dentistry. She has a particular interest in Cosmetic Restorative Dentistry, Orofacial Pain (including TMJ disorders and Bruxism) and Medical Aesthetics. An evidence-based approach is central to her clinical practice.

Elaine has been working in Facial Aesthetics since 2009. She has trained extensively in both the UK and Brazil and is committed to continually updating her knowledge and skills in this rapidly evolving field.

Her aesthetic treatments include anti-wrinkle treatments, soft tissue fillers (hyaluronic acid-based), bio-remodelling and biostimulator treatments, polynucleotides, PDO threads, chemical peels and fat-dissolving treatments.

She has undertaken training with KT Training, HA-Derma, Cosmetic Courses, Merz, Croma, Sinclair, Allergan, Avanti Aesthetics Academy and Harley Academy. She also holds a Level 7 Diploma in Medical Aesthetics, including Cosmetic Dermatology, from Harley Academy.

She is a member of the ACE World Group (Aesthetics Complications Expert Group) and the JCCP (Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners), reflecting her commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professional practice in medical aesthetics.

In 2019, she obtained a Certificate as an Energy Healer from the School of Intuition and Healing, including training in Medical Intuition. In 2020, she gained a Certificate in Hypnosis to support anxious patients in overcoming dental phobias and anxiety.

Her dental qualifications include: Master of Science in Dental Public Health at UCL, 2013 (London); Certificate in Orofacial Pain and Occlusal Splints, 2023 (Brazil); Forensic Human Identification Certificate at AFMS, 2011 (London); Masterclass in Crown over Implants, 2025 (Brazil); Masterclass in Laminated Ceramics, 2024 (Brazil); Masterclass in Aesthetic Dentistry at Eastman Dental Institute, 2018; Advanced Composite Restorations for Anterior Teeth at UFSC, 2008; Diploma in Family/Public Health at UFSC, 2005; and Certificate in Paediatric Dentistry and Dentistry for Babies at ABO, 2001 (Brazil).

She is passionate about her profession and continually undertakes advanced education and training to develop her knowledge and skills, with the aim of providing safe, high-quality and personalised care for all her patients.

Known for her warm and friendly approach, Elaine takes time to ensure her patients feel comfortable, relaxed and well cared for. She believes in restoring confidence through a healthy, natural-looking smile and a well-cared-for appearance. Above all, her approach is centred on preserving and enhancing each individual’s unique features and natural beauty.
